Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, you will be asked to complete standard paperwork describing general information about yourself and your condition.  You can also choose to download these forms, which are found on the right-hand side of this page. Simply complete them at home and bring them to your initial visit in order to save time.

Consultation 
 
Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with Dr. Zdilla to discuss your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine your actual problem, Dr. Zdilla  will ask you various questions related to your condition.  Next, the doctor will perform a number of specialized tests to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require further diagnostic studies, such as x-rays, in order to rule out more serious conditions and assist in developing the most effective treatment plan. 

Same Day Treatment
 
Upon completion of the examination and all appropriate studies, you will most likely recieve your first treatment during this same visit.  This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies.  Dr. Zdilla will Keep you informed of what treatment he is providing at all times.  Your comfort level is unique and respected accordingly.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home.  This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit.  Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days after the initial visit.  At the follow up appointment, Dr. Zdilla will assess your initial treatment and homecare response, perform any necessary procedures, and discuss future treatment options.
